The first dialer to be certified compliant

Amcat predictive dialers were the first to be certified compliant for international contact regulations by an independent laboratory, CT Labs, the premier testing facility for the converged communications marketplace.
  • Amcat software complies with UK TPS (Telephone Preference Services) and U.S. Do Not Call regulations. Amcat provides a variety of methods for preventing a number being recalled within a 72 hour period. For example, any dropped calls can be grouped and re-dialed in a non-predictive mode.
  • Certified by CT Labs to meet specific criteria of the US Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) Telemarketing Sales Rule amendments.
