Amcat Receives Customer Inter@ction Solutions® Magazine’s “Product of the Year” Award for 2005
Edmond, Oklahoma, (January 04, 2006) — Amcat™ announced today that Technology Marketing Corporation’s Customer Inter@ction Solutions® magazine (www.cismag.com) has named Amcat’s Enterprise Edition as recipient of the 2005 Product of the Year Award.
The Enterprise Edition is a new version of Amcat’s highly scalable Contact Center Suite designed for larger enterprise and multi-site contact centers. The product seamlessly integrates remote or distributed contact centers into a centrally managed, networked operation, thereby reducing operating costs such as local support and campaign management.
